I visited the Children's Discovery Museum in San Jose today and saw several things that really interested me. One was a construction area whose basis was two rubber mats nailed to the floor and the adjoining wall. Each rubber mat had numerous round circles into which PVC pipe could be placed. Now attach an elbow and put another length into the circle on the wall. Anyone know where such mats can be obtained.
The kids were having fun constructing PVC structures.
The other item was something a strip chart. A roll of some material
